Where fixed fees are not possible, we will give you a realistic estimate and keep you informed of any changes. We will not surprise you with fees. Ever.
We offer competitive fixed fees for our Queensland and New South Wales conveyancing services that provide real value for money. The only other fees that you will need to pay for your conveyance are:
- any outlays and searches. You can be sure that we will only ever charge you the exact amount of money that we are charged for these items;
- a small administrative fee;
- charges your bank may impose; and
- transfer duty charged by the Government.
The exact amount of these items will depend on the details of your transaction.

Our initial phone consultation is free. Just call us and have a chat about your proposed sale or purchase. We’d love to hear from you. In some cases, we will even come to you at no extra charge.
If you do decide to proceed, then we will offer you fixed fees for:
- the sale or purchase; and
- a comprehensive pre-signing written advice (which our clients tell us is invaluable).
We are even happy to include ‘value bundles’ allowing you to bundle associated legal services (like powers of attorney and wills), and gain the benefit of substantial discounts.
Ultimately, the amount of the fixed fee will depend on the village structure (e.g. is your village a leasehold, license or freehold village) and the complexity of the documents. However, we can work this out very quickly so you can make a decision that is right for you. Also, we assure you that our extensive experience with retirement village documents and our deep understanding of the sector means that we know what to look out for so that you get the advice you need in the most efficient way possible.
